RQ Resources for Our Licensed Users

We have plans to develop this page even more to provide the RQ Network a variety of resources to support members developing others' resilience.

RQ Network Welcome Packet

If you are new to the RQ Network as a distributor or licensed user you likely already received this "Welcome Packet." In case you misplaced it, here is another copy for your use and reference: RQ Welcome Packet.

Facilitating RCI's Strengthening Resilience Workshop

These resources help you leverage the RQ results through a powerful workshop that leads participants through a half-day of learning. The learning agenda includes: resilience in action case studies, the definition of resilience, why resilience matters, RCI's Leading Change model, exploring the factors that enabled participants to be resilient, RCI's resilience model, interpreting the RQ results, and creating a plan for strengthening their resilience.

To help you facilitate this session, here are some helpful resources:

The Resilience Quotient White Paper

Here is our White Paper on the RQ. This article first appeared in The 2006 Pfeiffer Annual Training.

The Resilience Quotient Dimensions

We developed PDF documents that describe, in greater detail, each of the eight RQ dimensions. Click the files below to download each document. Note: these PDFs are essentially the same content as the RQ descriptions under "RQ Dimensions" of this website.

Excel Spreadsheet for Calculating RQ Dimensions and Overall Resilience

We developed this spreadsheet for RQ Network members to use for compiling their RQ data and to facilitate analyzing this data for their clients. This spreadsheet can also be used to forward RQ data to Russell Consulting to take advantage of the lower RQ costs for sharing RQ data with RCI.
