Please note: We are a small consulting and training firm and we don’t have full-time staff hired to fill book orders. We will do our best to ship your requested items to you as soon as possible – usually the same day or the next day. Rarely, however, due to our client work there are times when we are out of the office for days at a time. For this reason, please allow up to two weeks for shipping your order.
