Leading Change for Project Managers – Jeff presented his workshop on leading change to the South Eastern Wisconsin Chapter of Project Management Institute. He guided the group in exploring the impact of projects on end users and the frontline and introduced RCI’s framework for helping people through the emotional journey that change presents.
